lovely music.

Not bluegrass, but it is a good question what to call it.
It is rooted more in the sixties/early seventies country folk scene..that grew big again in the early 90s? I always think of it as "Country Folk".
The vocals...I think of it as that Joni Mitchell/Emmy Lou Harris/on to Gillian Welch thing. Whatever Emmy Lou singing Hickory Wind was..it is that. (Perhaps).
