Hi folks,

PAT is well represented in this February's Snakeskin, including by David Callin, our Fliss, and myself: https://www.snakeskinpoetry.co.uk/

Read these before walking/birdwatching this morning. It has been a good morning, not least reading these poems.

Congratulations everyone

We just saw a cormorant land on the Seine! That was a bit unexpected.

The Seine has had swans on it for the past few months, alongside Notre Dame. But the cormorant was a treat. Perhaps surprisingly, plenty of gulls in Paris. I do love that cry.

Gulls navigate to easy pickings John😃 We have the occasional cormorant fishing the local ponds.

Indeed yes, but they have to come eight hundred miles or so up the river. The same in Prague. Why not, I guess?
