Hi All,
Really pleased to have just had a series of poems accepted by ‘Fevers of the Mind’, and three accepted by ‘London Grip’.
Hope everyone is well.
Cheers,
Tristan

Thanks Not.
The ‘London Grip’ poems should be published in the March edition. The ‘Fevers of the Mind’ poems should be posted on their site within the next 10 days. I’ll let you know when they go up.
There’s not many of us around here at the mo, is there? I hope things pick up a bit in the near future. Good to see you, Jackie and Ray posting though.
Cheers,
Tristan

Hi Not,
As promised here is a link to the poems published in ‘Fevers of the Mind’ today.
It is the first time all my smoking poems have appeared together as a sequence. There are five of them. I had wanted to write more, but the subject dried up for me.
I’d like to thank you Not as you helped a great deal in this series of poems. They definitely benefited greatly from your input. Many thanks!

‘Fevers of the Mind’ is worth considering if you’ve got a themed series of poems you wish to get out there, or for that matter any poem/s you want to publish. It’s an excellent platform.
Cheers,
Tristan

Hi Tristan,
great to see them in the light at last! And the new one (to me anyway).
Got to say, it's almost a shame that the background isn't an appropriately nicotine-stained yellow,
or some smokey utilitarian grey. On the plus side, that picture sets them off nicely.
I enjoyed being surprised (again) that the lighter wasn't a match, and groaned (I hope appropriately)
at 'put an end to them'.
Congrats again.
Not.

Hi Not,
As promised, here’s a link to the poems I’ve just had published in London Grip. There were three originally, but the format of one of the poems meant that it eventually couldn’t be published.

Many congrats to Ray, too, who also has a poem in this edition of London Grip.

Hope you enjoy them.

Hi Tristan,
thanks, and congrats, again.
I remember ‘love’s topology’ but not the other one (a taut grim reaper of a piece)
And well done ray,
those ‘ats’ in the final verse (shat/tractor/spat/flat) create a really nice hammering effect,
and of course, the last line!
Regards both, Not
