I've a copy of Skirrid Hill, which I regularly dip into, and his novel Resistance is good too - he is also an interesting speaker at lit festivals if you get the chance.

Funnily enough I am reading In Parenthesis at the moment and have just found a documentary about it by Owen Sheers.
