On 11 May RCN members have the opportunity to talk to MPs about their
fears for patients at Westminster Central Hall, London.
Nurses believe redundancy-based solutions to the deficits crisis will
prevent them delivering good patient care. The RCN has welcomed the
improvements in the NHS over recent years including the extra
investment. But the RCN does not want to stop the clock on progress.
Our Keep nurses working: keep patients safe campaign is about tackling
the deficits crisis by fixing the problem constructively, by adopting
a long-term recovery plan, with no detriment to patients.
