Yes, it's true. I shall have to take the forum offline again sometime soon.
This time though it's quite good news because this will be the 'Gold' (stable) release. For those of you who don't know about these things, the phpbb forum software is a free one relying on a massive team of developers etc who give their time to getting it set up and running. When I upgraded our forum to the new format I knew it would be time consuming because it was still in the testing phases. Now the tech boys (and girls) are happy with it and they have finally released the gold version. This will now be widely available.
There will probably still be a few bugs and some more minor upgrades along the way but hopefully now it will all be hunky-dory.
