I was drifting around the site looking at this and that when I noticed Ros contributing to a thread. She said 'it's a pity we can't enter this poem for IBPC'
Is the IBPC still active? Does PG contribute? If so what is the nomination procedure.
Thanks for any replies.

Hi JJ,
We were a member of the IBPC some years ago, but are not any more - it's a long, complicated, amusing but ultimately rather unpleasant story. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now. No idea whether they are still operating.

Rosencrantz: What are you playing at? Guildenstern: Words. Words. They're all we have to go on.
