Just finished it, loved it!
I was given it as a gift, it's not the sort of thing that I'd usually go for, much to modern. I know it's thirty odd years old now but I've read embarrassingly little fiction post 1970. The few that I have read, apart from this one, I haven't really liked.
So has anyone got any suggestions for some of these new-fangled stories that they have now?
Oh, just remembered, I liked Ridley Walker too, that was really good.
