Felix Feneon

Was Albert Camus a better goalkeeper than George Orwell? Have your say here.

I'm just finishing Felix Feneon's Novels in Three Lines.

Feneon is a fascinating person. These are are a series of short news blurbs, pretty much the only thing that survives him, written for a newspaper in 1906 France. Wonderful introduction by Luc Sante.

Example of one:

On the bowling lawn a stroke leveled M. Andre, 75, of Levallois. While his ball was still rolling he was no more.

That sounds great, PPE.

I do wish I had more time to read things. Darned work, lol. But I'm hoping to cut my hours next month, freeing up reading time :)

Best wishes,
